Rosewood Academy Childcare & Preschool’s part-time Preschool & Pre-K program will prepare your child for Kindergarten in a part-time preschool environment.  The program’s edcuational curriculum is designed for the half-day preschool environment.

Our part-time preschool and Pre-K classroom learning centers encourage development physically, intellectually, socially and emotionally. The learning centers introduce writing, books/library, manipulative, musical/creative movement, dramatic play, puzzles, computers, art, sensory and science/math areas.  Children in this program have many opportunities to experience gross motor play in our indoor and outdoor playgrounds throughout the school day.

 

Rosewood Academy’s Preschool & Pre-K Program Curriculum:

Our educational  curriculum is theme-based. Children will be engaged in a variety of activities to help them grow and develop. The program is designed to ensure each child leaves Rosewood Academy Childcare & Preschool ready to enter Kindergarten, both educationally and emotionally.

 

Part-time Preschool & Preschool Program Schedule

School Days:

  • Preschool (3 year olds) – Tuesday & Thursday
  • Pre-Kindergarten (4 – 5 year olds) – Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Time: 9am – 11:30am

Closings: Rosewood Academy will follow the schedule of Omaha Public Schools
